By downloading or using Look Forward, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms apply to the macOS application and associated website at getlookforward.com.

What Look Forward Is

Look Forward is a macOS menu bar app for tracking personal countdowns — trips, birthdays, launches, and milestones. It is provided by Jonathan Good Digital Marketing LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Look Forward on any Mac you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the app or any portion of it.

In-App Purchases

Look Forward offers optional tip jar purchases. These are voluntary contributions to support development — they do not unlock features or provide any additional rights. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.

Acceptable Use

Look Forward is for personal, lawful use only. You agree not to use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes on the rights of others, or attempts to interfere with the app's functionality.

Intellectual Property

Look Forward, its logo, design, and all associated content are the property of Jonathan Good Digital Marketing LLC. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Disclaimers

Look Forward is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use it at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jonathan Good Digital Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Look Forward, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update Look Forward or these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We'll update the date above when changes are made.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
